Privacy policy

This policy covers velvethy.com (the site) and small related tools operated by Velvethy & Mikes Corporation s.r.o. for publishing and site administration.

What we collect

Website visitors. velvethy.com is a static site. We do not run first-party analytics or advertising trackers on the public pages. Hosting (Cloudflare) may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and delivery.

Contact. If you email business@vmcorp.cz, we receive what you send (address, message, attachments).

LinkedIn integration (optional). If you authorise the Velvethy Blog Publisher app, LinkedIn shares basic profile information (name, email, profile identifier) and a token so the app can publish posts you approve on your LinkedIn account. Tokens are stored locally on the device that runs the publishing script, not on velvethy.com servers.

We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

LinkedIn (Microsoft) processes data when you use OAuth or view LinkedIn content. See LinkedIn's privacy policy.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept as long as needed for the business relationship. LinkedIn tokens can be revoked in LinkedIn settings or by deleting local .env.local credentials on your machine.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by contacting business@vmcorp.cz.
